Lloyd Francis
Francutam Construction and Realty Company is the brain child of Lloyd B.Francis. Lloyd has wide experiences working in both the private and public sectors in various capacities of Education, Health , Labour Relations and Real Estate. He is a graduate of Edwin Allen High School.He holds a Teachers Certificate from Mico University College, a Diploma from university of Zambia, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the university of Alabama in Birmingham,(B,Sc.) a Master of Business Administration from Barry University (MBA). a Real Estate Dealers Certificate from university of Technology. Lloyd is an International member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) from which he holds the following designations. -Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). -Resort and Second Home Property specialist (RSPS). He serves on the board of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ) as chairman of the Finance committee. He is an avid member of the Shortwood United Church and serve a treasurer on the Elders board.
Una Francis
Education: Canewood Junior Teacher College, Jamaica; Moneague Teachers College, Jamaica; Humber College Toronto Canada; Professional Education Programme (PEP) in Accounts, Communication and Human Resource Management. Una Francis is a Director and the Company Secretary for Francutam Realty. Her focus is supervising the property management portfolio along with overseeing the general management of the office. With a wealth of experience in Accounts and Human Resource Management garnered from her 20 years spent at the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd, she has been influential to the growth of the business over the years. Mrs. Francis is a member of Shortwood United Church Women’s Fellowship and a former member of the Optimist Club.
Tamara Francis Riley-Dunn
Education: University of the West Indies, Bachelor of Laws (Upper Second Class Honours) Bar/Professional Activity - Member, Jamaica Bar Association - Member of the Rotary Club of Trafalgar New Heights since 2014 - Director of the Rotary Club of Trafalgar New Heights 2016-2017 Tamara Francis Riley-Dunn is a partner in the firm’s Head Office located at 22D Old Hope Road, Kingston 5 Branch and that located in Mandeville. She focuses her practice on Family Law, Adoptions and Guardianship, Divorces, Conveyancing, Probate & Estate Planning, Landlord and Tenant Claims, Property Litigation, Immigration Law, Debt Collection, Personal Injury Claims and Labour Relations. Mrs. Francis Riley-Dunn’s litigation experience includes prosecuting complex Family cases and property litigation matters and General Civil and Commercial Litigation.
